BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Being a newly formed organizaton, we are currently seeking active board members for 2010-2011. Its a working board and very active in the arts community in all of Tampa Bay. Board seats are typically three years in length and require one meeting a month and fundraising on a quartely basis. For more information, please e-mail James Doulgeris.

James Doulgeris has served as an executive in the healthcare industry for the past 25 years, both as CEO and co-founder of MinSURG International and former president of National Comtel Systems, a leading hospital contract managing company. He is also the award winning co-author of “The Dyodyne Experiment,” a popular fiction novel released June 1, 2009. He resides in Palm Harbor, Fla., with his wife of 39 years and three adult children.

Peter Sontag is an entrepreneur who has acquired, merged and sold over 80 companies in his career.  He has served as chairman of several multi-national private companies and as a director of many others including TQ3, the world’s largest travel services company.  Mr. Sontag received his MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from West Liberty State College. He was awarded a Dr. h.c. in Laws for his accomplishments in the travel and transportation industry. He is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Austria.

Eric Polins is the Managing Partner of HCP & Associates, a Tampa-based International Marketing Consulting firm. Polins is also founder Tampa-based independent film company Gulf+Atlantic Films and has 25 years of experience as a painter with work all over the country thru his South Tampa Gallery. He serves on numerous other boards, including Tampa Bay's largest Film Festival, Gasparilla International Film Festival. Polins has traveled to Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Australia and in the Fall of 2010, Antarctica. He is married to his wife Maria of 12 years and has a two-year-old son named Zane. They share an old south Tampa home with two Saint Bernards and a cat.
